Waltek Services, publisher of W Solution, is the controller of the processing described on this page: a French SARL with share capital of €5,000, 49 rue Auguste Renoir, 95240 Cormeilles-en-Parisis, France, Pontoise RCS 803 311 356.

Data we collect

Through the demo request form: information about your company (SIREN number, VAT number or registration number, name, website), your identity and work contact details (first name, last name, job title, email, phone), the number of field sales reps and, if you write one, your message.

Technical data: your IP address appears, for a short time, in the logs of our rate limiters and of our hosting providers.

Purposes

Handle your demo request and get back to you.

Confirm your email address: we send you a confirmation link valid for 48 hours (double opt-in).

Prevent abuse: limits on the number of submissions, a hidden trap field for bots, a time token.

Legal bases

Handling your request and confirming your email are pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Abuse prevention and service security rely on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients and processors

Your data is intended for the Waltek Services sales team. It is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Our processors: Vercel Inc. (static website hosting), Render (API hosting, Frankfurt region), Supabase (database and authentication, Frankfurt, European Union), Resend (transactional emails, including the confirmation link).

To check your company, our server queries the Recherche d’entreprises API (DINUM, French public service) and the European Commission’s VIES service. Only company data is sent (SIREN number or name, VAT number). Your identity is never sent.

Transfers outside the European Union

Vercel and Resend may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Retention periods

Demo requests that do not lead to a contract: 24 months after the last contact, then deleted.

Technical logs, including IP addresses: a few days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@w-solution.fr. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

The website sets no cookies and uses no trackers or audience measurement tools. This is why no consent banner is shown.
