Isolation per organisation
Each organisation is isolated from the others. A manager only sees their team, a rep only their customers. This isolation is checked continuously.
Controlled access
Accounts are created by invitation only, and no password is ever sent by email. Two-factor authentication can be enabled by each user from their profile.
Bounded geolocation
A rep’s position is only recorded during their working hours. Positions are kept for 7 days, visit coordinates for 90 days, then deleted automatically.
Individual rights
Every user can export their personal data. When an employee leaves, their identity is anonymised while the company keeps its sales history.
Traceability
Sensitive administration actions are logged. Photos and attachments stay private.
